Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the new generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications and is a co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). His wife Leslie has three kids.
